IEMI REGISTRATION, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

How to register for classes:
Students can register for classes online through this website or by phone at 203-980-4103.


Deadline for registration and class quota:
Registration is open from the date the class is posted until the day before the class starts date. All classes have a limited number of spaces available. Once those slots are filled the registration for the class is closed. When choosing to make payment for the class "at the door", the student acknowledge that the class may be rendered full by prepaid students who may bring the class size to its close. Such student will be notified before the class day, that the class is full and they need to reschedule their training.


Single Day Class Cancellation / Refund Policies:
No refunds will be given for individuals who cancel less than 48 hours prior to the class start date, or do not show up.
With a physician's note, stating that the student was unable to attend for health reasons or with proof of hardship, the student is eligible to apply 75% of the fee, toward the same class within 6 month. Prepaid student receive a full refund with cancellation given 48 hours prior to class start. Or them may choose to have their payment applied to toward the same class or another available training within the next 6 month. If you fail to take training within 6 months, you will forfeit your tuition.
This does not apply to individual classes within multiple day training programs such as the Energy Medicine program.


Payment Policy For Single Day Training
If the prepaid investment is under $250, then add $25 to that when paying at the door.
If the prepaid investment is $250 or above, then add $50 to that when paying at the door.
All classes must be paid in full prior to the start date to secure your place in the class.
All credit card payments are subject to fee from PayPal or Square Up (4%-6%).


Payment Policy For Multiple Day Training
Only prepayment or deposit secures your place in any program of study. Please read or refund and cancellation policies. All credit card payments are subject to fee from PayPal or Square-up (4%-6%)
14 days Training Certification: Prepaid in full $2000 a minimum of 8 days prior to the first class (save $800). Paid in full at the door with $200 deposit made 7 days prior the class start, your balance is $2000 is due on the first day of class using cash or CC. (save $600). Paid in full at the door without deposit the balance is $2400 (save $400). Note you may be turned away if the class is full.
Monthly payment plans options: With deposit of $200 made 7 days prior to first day of program the balance is $380 due on the first day of class and 6 more scheduled payments of $370 debited 48 hours prior to each class for a total of $2800.
Without deposit pay as you go are consider “sit in” and the fee is $450 per 2-day class.

10 days Training Certification: Prepaid in full $1500 a minimum of 8 days prior to the first class (save $500). Paid in full at the door with $200 deposit made 7 days prior the class start, your balance is $1500 is due on the first day of class using cash or CC. (save $300). Paid in full at the door without deposit the balance is $1800 (save $200). Note you may be turned away if the class is full.
Monthly payment plans options: With deposit of $200 made 7 days prior to first day of program the balance is $360 due on the first day of class and 6 more scheduled payments of $360 debited 48 hours prior to each class for a total of $2000.
Without deposit pay as you go are consider “sit in” and the fee is $450 per 2-day class.

3 days Retreat or Training: Does not include accommodations. Prepaid 8 days prior to the first day of program: $600 (save $300). Paid in full at the door with $200 deposit made 7 days prior the class start, your balance of $600 is due on the first day of program (save $100). Paid in full at the door without deposit the balance is $900. Note you may be turned away if the class is full. Payable in cash, checks of CC with associated processing fees when using PayPal or Square-up.


Cancellation / Refund Policies or Multiple Day Training:
Cancellations for the full multiple day program must be made three weeks prior to the start of the training program to receive full refund; 70% will be refunded under three week of the start of the program; 50% will be refunded within 8 days of the start of the program; No refunds will be given for individuals who cancel less than 7 days prior to the class start date, or do not show up.
When a student is unable to attend one or two of the 2-day-training session within a multiple day program: Student will be eligible for a makeup class in the same scheduled class series with an applicable $50 per day missed as long as space in such class is available. This fee is waved with a physician's note stating that the student was unable to attend for health reasons or with proof or hardship.
If no space is available or the class missed is not schedules without the frame of the full program registered for, the student will be able to have a one on one make up class at $75 per hour. This option is considered personal mentoring and is available to supplement training as seen fit by the student.


Multiple Days Program Transfer:
A program is considered transferrable any time after registration and with 3 days after the end of the first 2-day training of a program providing that at the time of withdrawal, student is able to transfer to another scheduled program within the next 4 month. No refunds will be issued past the third day following the end of the "ATTENDED" first 2-day training within a program.
Cancellations MUST be in writing via mail or email.


Rescheduling class for inclement weather or emergency.
We reserve the right to reschedule class due to emergency or inclement weather or if there are not at least two students signed up for Reiki class. or minimum 4 students for a multiple day program. A full refund will be issued in such case with the option fro the student to apply his payment toward another scheduled class.


IEMI CERTIFICATION POLICY

What are the certification requirements
For all individual Reiki, EFT, Energy Medicine, Mastery of Awareness single day and multiple day programs, the student must have attended the entire program or have taken "make-up" classes for any portion of a class missed to be eligible for any IEMI certification.

Certificate of achievement
After completing any of our classes or multiple class programs you will receive a certificate of achievement, which will enable you to progress in your studies with the Integrative Energy Medicine Institute or receive recognition for your acquired skills and knowledge in the respective field of study.
Only teaching certificates allow you to teach the material that you have learned.

pages with forms have SSL by the site that generate the forms such as 123contactform and google forms.

We do not use cookies for tracking purposes
